“In the beginning …” (Genesis 2:7) Adam was molded by the ‘Hand of God’ … from dust – dirt or clay – and shaped into a human form … and God … “Breathed Life into his nostrils!” God created Adam, and placed him in the Garden, to care for it and cultivate it, and then God created Eve from one of Adam’s ribs, and formed her into a woman … to be Adam’s Companion – (out of his side to be protected – near his heart to be loved).

‘In the Beginning,'(Genesis 1:26), when God said; “… Let us make man in Our Image – after Our Likeness.” It is a ‘Spiritual Likeness’- that God is speaking of . . . He created us to live in Peace and Harmony with each other – and all the World! His Desire – from the Beginning of time was – to ‘BE’ – with His Creation to ‘BE’ a part of their lives. God wanted to “BE” in a Relationship with Adam and Eve. – and He wants to ‘Be‘ in a Relationship with each one of us.

In (Genesis 3:8), it reads, “They heard the sound of Jehovah God walking up and down in the garden at the breeze of the day. And the man and his wife hid themselves from the face of Jehovah God in the middle of the trees of the Garden.” One of the Bibles I reference states in the footnotes, that ‘In Palestine, a cool breeze blew in from the sea in the evenings.’

God, “…walked with them in the Garden in the cool of the evening.” ‘In the Beginning,’ Adam and Eve, ‘Knew’ God, and they were Known by God. That is where ‘Intimacy with God and humanity began!’ He wants that same ‘Intimacy with each one of us’. But, He will not force us. We need to come to Him with our own – ‘Free Will’ – that He gave us at our own Birth.

God is both ‘Mystery and Mystical.’ We must look with the eyes of our hearts to see Him. Scripture tells us in (1 Kings 19:12), ” And after the earthquake was a fire, but Jehovah was not in the fire; and after the fire came a still small voice . . .”

“In the Beginning . . . ” of our Relationship with Him,  He communicates with us – through His Spirit – to our spirit. I will use a capital ‘S’ when I talk about the Holy Spirit (which is the ‘Spirit of Love’ between God the Father, and God the Son, and a small ‘s,’ when I speak about any other spirits. If God – is speaking with “a still – small voice‘ – we must find a way to quiet ourselves to be able to – Hear Him – See Him – or Touch Him, or ultimately – to allow Him to ‘Touch us. We need to ‘meet God‘, through all of our human senses – or we will miss the opportunity of our lives.       

What happened in the Garden – was both ‘Mystery and Mystical.’

This moment in our own life happens with our ‘Baptism in the Spirit!’ It is the time when we are so moved – by an Experience of ‘Being Touched by God’ … that we stop living our life the way that we always had … and turn our life around — and begin to desire more of God. We begin to look for Him with our human eyes .. but we need to look for Him with the eyes of our Heart … because that – is where he first touched us … in our hearts. We will then have our “In the Beginning” Spiritual Relationship with Jesus.

I have written a Spiritual Book called “Christ in our Midst.’ It is a book about The God given ‘Fruits, Gifts and Charisms of the Holy Spirit.’ ‘In the Beginning’ of the book I share where I was spiritually, and where God led me through the Power of the Holy Spirit. 

“Christ in our Midst” is a book that is nondenominational. It has Scriptural backing with many references. While writing this book I was led by the Holy Spirit completely. Praise God.
